Parking is available on the property less than 10 meters away, as well as a bike storage area within the private space. Pets, smoking, commercial filming, and events are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours during your stay (no noise from midnight to 8 a.m.). Guests are required to clean the accommodation before departure. Bed linen and towels are not provided; you must bring your own, but they can be requested from the host for an extra charge.
